Our services are fully tailored. Therefore the program’s duration depends on your requirements.
From experience, we know that a minimum of 4 weeks provides participants with sufficient time to integrate the Recharge tools into their lives.
A longer duration is also regularly offered as research has shown it takes a minimum of 54 repetitions for a new behavior to become habit. Therefore, a program duration between 2 and 3 months supports a more steady formation of healthy lifestyle habits in the long run.
The Recharge program’s content and tools are targeted at busy people. Participants can expect short snippets of online content of approximately 10 to 15 minutes to be easily integrated into their lives.
The program even includes practices that can be done in only 2 minutes and already instigate a clear physical and mental health shift.
We have seen mental clarity and focus improvements when practicing with the Recharge tools regularly. Therefore, the Recharge program can actually save participants time in terms of increased productivity.
